Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer complimentary shipping within India using standard courier services or registered post. Upon placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email. When your package is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Our typical shipping duration is 1-4 business days, with an overall transit time of 2-5 business days for domestic orders. Please note that custom-made or personalized items may take additional time.

International Shipping

We provide free international shipping for orders over ₹12,000. For orders under this amount, a standard shipping rate of ₹2,000 applies. All international orders are shipped through UPS. Similar to our domestic process, you will receive confirmation and shipping emails with tracking details. Products are usually shipped within 1-4 business days, and the typical transit time for international orders is 7-11 business days. Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns: Customers can return products for store credit within 7 days of receipt, excluding custom-made and personalized jewelry. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return. We will provide a shipping label and instructions. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, store credit is issued instantly without deductions. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us promptly with images for assistance.

Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes, shapes, or colors are available within 7 days of receiving the item, excluding custom-made and personalized jewelry. The exchanged item, which must be unused and in its original condition, is shipped within 1-4 business days after passing inspection. If there is a price difference with the exchange item, the customer will either pay the excess or receive the difference as store credit.
