Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer complimentary shipping within India using standard courier services or registered post. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you another email with the shipping details, including a tracking number. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-4 business days, and delivery takes around 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that custom-made or personalised items may require additional time to dispatch.
International Shipping
We offer free international shipping on orders over ₹12,000. For orders under ₹12,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹2,000 applies. International orders are shipped through UPS, and like domestic shipments, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Orders usually ship within 1-4 business days, and international deliveries take approximately 7-11 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns: We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, except for custom-made and personalised jewellery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. We’ll provide a shipping label and return instructions. Once the returned item passes inspection, store credit will be issued instantly, with no deductions. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us promptly and include photos, and we’ll assist you right away.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, shape, or colour, you can do so within 7 days of receiving it, except for custom-made and personalised jewellery. Items must be unused and in their original condition for an exchange. Once the returned item is inspected, your new piece will be shipped within 1-4 business days. If there’s a price difference, you can either pay the balance or receive store credit for the difference.
