Are your products hypoallergenic?

Do you sell gemstones separately?

Absolutely! We have an extensive collection of gemstones in stock and a lot of experience in dealing with all kinds of gems (precious and semi-precious). You can definitely purchase gemstones separately as per your requirements.
Can you make jewellery using my gemstones?

Yes, definitely! However, in these circumstances, the customer will liable to bear any shipping and duties involved. You can also visit us at our physical store in New Delhi.
What gemstones do you use?

We work with every available natural gemstone. Check out our guide on different gemstones and their properties.
What do I get in my box?

Each jewellery piece is carefully packaged in a custom IAC Galleria jewellery box, making it suitable for gifting. Additionally, you will also receive a few essentials like a jewellery certificate, a cleaning cloth, as well a care instruction card.
Where is your jewellery manufactured?

All the pieces are manufactured in-house in New Delhi, however exceptional cases may require some parts of the manufacturing process to be outsourced.
Do you offer certifications for your gemstones and diamonds?

Yes, we can provide certifications for our gemstones and diamonds upon request.
