Gold:

Domestic Shipping (India): Complimentary shipping is offered within India using standard courier services or registered post. Customers receive a confirmation email upon order placement, followed by a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when the package is dispatched. The typical transit time for domestic orders is 2-5 business days, with a shipping duration of 1-4 business days, not including custom-made or personalised items.

International Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $50 applies to international orders, shipped through UPS. Similar to domestic shipping, confirmation and shipping emails with tracking details are provided. The usual transit time for international orders is 7-11 business days, and products are shipped within 1-4 business days, excluding custom-made or personalised items. Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns: Customers can return products for store credit within 7 days of receipt, except for custom-made and personalised jewellery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. The company provides a shipping label and instructions for the return process. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, store credit is issued instantly without deductions. For damaged products, customers are advised to contact the company promptly with images for assistance.

Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes, shapes, or colours are available within 7 days of receiving the item, excluding custom-made and personalised jewellery. The exchanged item, which must be unused and in its original condition, is shipped within 1-4 business days after passing inspection. If the exchange item has a price difference, the customer either pays the excess or receives the difference as store credit.
